The Tulip Tree (Liriodendron tulipifera) is a fast growing shade tree, renowned for its lightweight timber. The Tulip is the tallest of the Eastern Hardwood trees. And for the history buffs out there, the Tulip Tree officially became the state tree of Indiana in 1931.

Bright green leaves in summer turn way to a beautiful yellow color in the fall. Plant in full sun for best results.
