Please note: Per our guarantee, there is a $60 minimum trip charge that must be paid in
full before a replacement can take place.
In addition, any applicable fees
must also be paid in full before replacement guarantee is granted. By proceeding to the next step, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of
Hoosier Home and Garden’s policies and you acknowledge that no replacement will be granted unless fee is paid upfront, and in full.
